नमस्कार ! मेरो नाम आशिष तामाङ हो । म कक्षा ६ मा पढ्छु । मेरो विद्यालयको नाम श्री सरस्वती माध्यमिक विद्यालय हो । म आज लोहोरो को बारेमा लेख्न गइरहेको छु ।
लोहोरो एउटा ढुङ्गाले बनेको सामग्री हो । लोहोरो अचार अदुवा लसुन तिल र मर मसला पिस्न मदत गर्दछ । लोहोरो बाक्लो र खस्रो ढुङ्गाले बनाउने गरिन्छ । यसलाई पिस्नलाई सिलौटो चाहिन्छ । लोहोरो गाउँ घर र सहरमा पनि प्रयोग हुन्छ । आज भोली सहरमा लोहोरो र सिलौटोको सट्टामा मिक्स्चर बढी प्रयोग हुने गर्दछ जुन आधुनिक उपकरण हो ।
Namaskar! My name is Aashish Tamang. I reade in grade six. My school's name is Shree saraswati Secondary School. Today, Iam going to write about 'Lohoro' (Stone-grindor).
Lohoro is a kitchen untensil made up of stone. It grinds pickle ginger, gurlic, sisam, and spics. It is crafted by hand by using rough and hard stone. 'Silauta' is necessary for grinding the things in it. It uses both in village and in city. Nowadays, 'Lohoro' and Silauta' is replaced by mixture mechine, a modern technology.
